However, International Women's Day isn't just about one country, group, or organisation. It's a global movement that belongs to everyone, everywhere. Since its inception in 1911, International Women's Day has fostered solidarity across borders, bringing people together in the fight for gender equality and women's rights!
At The CPD Group, we recognise the importance of marking International Women's Day in meaningful ways. Deborah Jones, the Founder and CEO of Resolute women's support services decided in 2021 to provide a service for women that have been through the horrendous experiences of domestic abuse/violence.
