British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT)
The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing is focused on advancing the science and practice of the subjects as well as the education and training of its members. The Institute has become one of the top engineering institutions in the nation over the past 50 years, and the Engineering Council has granted it professional engineering institute (PEI) status. According to the Institute, the average person should aim for 20 points per year, unless they have successfully completed a recertification exam, in which case the target should be 30 points, per the Engineering Council's recommendations.
