Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP)
The UK's Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals is the organization for professionals in payroll, pensions, and rewards. The Institute is committed to increasing the profile of payroll in UK and international businesses, with more than 9,500* individuals taking advantage of the CIPP's membership benefits, support, and educational services. Members of the CIPP associate level and above are required to record CPD. There is no minimum number of points required, but associate, full, and fellow members are required to log at least one CPD activity annually. For Chartered members to renew their membership, they must earn at least 40 CPD points per subscription year. At least one CPD activity must be structured learning, such as taking a course, or CIPP-related (such as the annual conference or national forum).
