General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
In Great Britain, pharmacies, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacists are all governed by the GPhC. They strive to guarantee and raise patient care standards when using pharmacy services. When using pharmacy services, the GPhC's job is to safeguard the public and reassure them that they will get quality, safe care. They establish requirements for the registration and maintenance of pharmacies and pharmacy professionals. In addition to maintaining a record of their CPD and submitting it to the Council upon request, registrants are also required to submit at least nine annual reports detailing their practice's context and scope, as well as detailing how those reports have helped to improve or advance their practices using the framework provided by the council. You must submit your CPD record to GPhC upon request and keep a record of it that satisfies the good practice requirements for recording it in Plan and Record.
