Institute for Administrative Management (IAM)
Since 1915, the IAM, as one of the UK's oldest management institutes, has encouraged all professional business managers and administrators to excel in their profession. Their primary goal is to grow professional administrators, administrative managers, and business leaders. IAM can accomplish this through their membership services and professional development programmes, which are designed to help individuals improve their technical skills, job performances, build successful careers, and achieve their full potential. CPD is entirely voluntary for IAM members. The following suggestions are made for the minimum amount of CPD hours to be completed annually by the various membership grades: 10h for a technician. 20h for an associate. 30h for member and 40h for fellow.
