Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)
ILM, the UK's foremost authority on leadership and management qualifications, assists in the development of more gifted leaders than anyone else, giving them the abilities to significantly improve their organization and society at large. They exist to help individuals and organizations improve their leadership abilities for both personal and professional development. ILM accomplishes this by assisting employers and training providers in creating, evaluating, and certifying the appropriate set of skills in leaders. There are no particular requirements for the number of learning interventions, CPD points, or hours. All members are required by ILM to keep track of ongoing CPD. Although CPD membership is voluntary, joining at a specific level of membership may be an alternative to management-related requirements. There are resources and support for CPD that are limited.
