Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)
The international engineering community is inspired, informed, and influenced by Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) to improve the world. They share knowledge that aids in better understanding the world in order to address the pressing issues. They are in a unique position to promote engineering because of this. They have introduced CPD code of the Engineering Council, which all registered members (CEng, IEEEg, EngTech, or ICTTec) must adhere to. 30h of CPD is required, 10h in each field: personal technical skills/knowledge, job role technical skills/ knowledge and personal soft skills To support members' CPD activities, the IET provides a wide range of solutions, many of which are free or discounted.
