Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE)
Institution of Railway Signal Engineers unites all those working in or connected to the fields of railway signailing and telecommunications, train control, traffic management, and related professions. The Institution's was established in 1912. With 50% of its members coming from countries other than the UK, it is active on a global scale. According to the IRSE CPD policy and guidance, the Institute expects all members to uphold their own competence and assist others in doing the same, there are no mandatory requirements.
