Royal College of Anaesthetists
The Royal College of Anaesthetists, are, according to membership, the third-largest medical royal college in the UK. They safeguard quality in the three specialties of anesthesia, intensive care, and pain medicine with a combined membership of 23, 000 fellows and members. Doctors should complete at least 50 hours of CPD annually, according to the College. The majority of doctors bend the rules. We advise completing at least 20 hours of the 50 hours per year in both internal and external activities. According to the GMC, medical professionals in specialized practices should seek the advice of their college or faculty for supporting information.
