Every action taken by the internationally renowned professional organization RICS is intended to improve the built and natural environments. The highest professional standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure are promoted and enforced by RICS thanks to their reputable global standards, pioneering professional advancement, reliable data, etc. Their collaboration with others strengthens markets, creates better living and working conditions, and has a positive social impact. Each member is required to complete 20 hours of CPD annually by December 31. All activities must also be uploaded to the website by that date. The CPD activity of all members( AssocRICS, MRICS, and FRICS) must be recorded online. On the APC templates, applicants should keep track of their activities. At least 10 of the 20 hours must be formal CPD. Unofficial CPD may make up the remainder. Over the course of a rolling three-year period, all members are required to uphold an accurate and current understanding of our professional and ethical standards. This requirement may be met by any learning that qualifies as formal CPD.
