Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS)
The Professional and Learned Society for Weather and Climate is called the Royal Meteorological Society. They support meteorological experts and motivate enthusiasts while advancing science and increasing public awareness of the significance of weather and climate. As one of the largest meteorological societies in the world, they have a significant international impact and serves as the UK's primary repository for both the science and the field of meteorology. Although the Society is owned by its members, everyone benefits from it. The general public, educators, policy makers, decision-makers, and the larger meteorological and climate community can all participate in the wide and diverse range of work programs. Using RMetS's online tool ACCSYS, society members are encouraged to keep a thorough record of CPD activity for their own benefit.
