The British Association of Social Workers (BASW)
The UK's professional membership organization for social work is called the British Association of Social Workers. They support social work and assist members in achieving the highest professional standards because they are the independent voice for it. BASW recently unveiled a new CPD framework and assists its members in their development. Depending on a person's level of experience, it is more adaptable and acknowledges the importance of all learning opportunities for professional development.
