The General Chiropractic Council (GCC)
The General Chiropractic Council (GCC) governs chiropractors in the United Kingdom to protect the safety of chiropractic patients. They are an independent regulatory body created and accountable to Parliament. The GCC safeguards the public's health and safety by guaranteeing high standards of practise in the chiropractic field. The GCC CPD scheme provides a framework for you to follow in order to meet the statutory CPD requirements. The following are the program's basic requirements: assess learning needs and create a personal plan of educational activities to address them, engage in and record at least 30 of CPD hours in line with your strategy, 15 hours or more of which should include learning with others.
