The Geological Society of London (GeolSoc)
The Geological Society of London is a not-for-profit organization. Their goals are to increase public consciousness of Earth science, increase knowledge and understanding of the planet, and advance professional excellence and ethical standards in Earth scientists' work. If working full-time, it is advised that GEOLSOC members keep track of at least 90 hours of CPD annually. A minimum of 30 hours must come from on-the-job training. The Society's designated CPD categories should be used to distribute the remaining 60 hours.
