The Institute of Telecommunications Professionals (ITP)
ITP, which stands for Institute of Telecommunications Professionals is the main impartial organization in the UK for telecommunications professionals. The ITP has a long history that dates back to 1906, when telecommunications was considered to be still in its infancy. Since then, it has become a necessary component of modern life, and the ITP has always been available to represent the industry's specialists. A minimum of 30 hours of CPD should be completed by ITP members annually. Content from any source is acceptable, even though the ITP provides a wide range of free or discounted products and services to aid CPD activity goals. Individuals who have joined the Register of IT Technicians (RITTech) must uphold their competence through CPD and document that development.
